I tried the weights section at the gym for the first time today. My legs have recovered nicely but me poor wee arms are trembling like leaves. THIS MUST CHANGE. Quite enjoyed tonight. Went to the gym with my brother who is a gym nut and showed me how to use the weights properly.  Tomorrow I shall go pass on my newfound knowledge to the lovely Rhiannon. And then we shall conquer the world! Hah!
